Employment Clearances

All employees and substitutes are required to complete three clearances and the arrest/conviction report before working with our students. The required clearances are available in the sidebar.

You will be required to obtain new clearances every five (5) years from your earliest clearance date. When applying for your clearances, we recommend that you start the process well in advance of when you may need them. As a reminder, it is the responsibility of the employee to complete the forms and pay the required fees.

As soon as you have all of your clearances in hand, please take the original forms to the Human Resources Office, 19 East Union Road, West Deer, at which time we will make a copy of the original for our records.
