Help Desk/Ticketing System

Its important to us that our staff, students, and community can reach us at all times, please view the different ways you can contacts us below. 

  1. Send an email message to techdepartment@deerlakes.net (This will send an email to all employees in the Technology Department).  
  2. Cant login to the ticket system to put in a ticket? Email techhelpdesk@deerlakes.net it will put in a help desk ticket for you.
  3. Portal: IT Help Desk Ticket System  (Use your Username/Password you were provided. If you dont know it please send an email to the email address referenced in step 2 above. (This is for district employees only). 
  4. Phone: From anywhere in the district dial Extension: (6680) Anywhere off Campus dial 724-265-5320, (x6680). This will call everyone in our IT Department. If you dont get someone on the phone, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call.
