AP Statistics

 Grades 11-121.00 Credit Level 3 Course # 1373 
AP Statistics is the equivalent of a first semester college course in introductory statistics. This course draws connections between all aspects of the statistical process, including: sampling and experimentation, exploring data, probability and random phenomena, and statistical inference. Students learn to use graphing calculators and to read computer output to enhance the development of statistical understanding. Real world examples and lab activities from a variety of disciplines showcase the broad applications of statistics.  Students will be required to take the AP Exam or take a final exam at the end of the school year.  Students will be responsible for the cost of the AP Exam.
