My name is Mrs. Autumn Weleski and I am the High School Life Skills teacher. I believe that all students with disabilities have the potential to be productive members of society. It is important to expose students to different experiences and activities so that they can reach their full potential. Therefore, students participate in many Community Based Learning experiences and Daily Living skills activities including volunteering at local food banks and grocery shopping for the classroom.
I am also the Deer Lakes Chapter of Best Buddies Faculty Advisor. Follow our FB page: Deer Lakes Chapter of Best Buddies!
I have been married to my husband since 2009 and have two daughters, Rogan, age 4, and Charleigh, age 2 1/2. We are expecting our sweet baby boy in February 2018! We raise10 chickens and we have started dabbling in beekeeping. I also love to read, cook, and shop in my spare time!
