Hello! My name is Emily Marcellus, and I am a Learning Support teacher at East Union Intermediate Center. I am so excited to be at EU, and I am sure we will have a great year!
Here is a little bit about me: I graduated from Grove City College with degrees
in Elementary and Special Education in 2016. After college, I worked at North Hills School District and Hampton Township School District in various special education long term substitute positions. I also graduated with my master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Reading this June! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, baking, playing with my dog (a Miniature Poodle/Bichon mix named Chance), and spending time with family and friends.
My goals for this school year are to help your children become life-long learners, achieve their learning goals, and grow and develop as individuals. I want you all to know that I will do my best to reach these goals, and I am confident that we will be able to do so with the amazing supports here at East Union.
