Molly Callwood

My name is Molly Callwood. I am the Science Teacher for Grade 7 at Deer Lakes Middle School. I have taught at Deer Lakes since 1999. I taught Chemistry at the High School for 10 years and then was transferred to the Middle School.

I attended Seton Hill University and majored in Chemistry with minors in Mathematics and Management. I continued my education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Physical Chemistry and Education.

I am married to Tim Callwood, a Deer Lakes Graduate and Mathematics Teacher. We have 3 children.

7th Grade News Class Code - 4iblxij

ALL students (In-school and Remote) in 7th grade must join this classroom.

(Students should click the + button in the upper, right corner of the Google Classroom homepage and enter the code to join!)

Remind App (optional for parents and students)

The Weekly Learning Log will be emailed or sent via text. Information on how to join will be posted on the 7th Grade News Classroom page.

In 7th grade, we use the Remind App as well as the 7th Grade News Google Classroom page to inform students and parents of the Weekly Learning Log.

Questions about parent access:

The only way for parents to see everything in their child's account is to sign in to Google Classroom using the student's Deer Lakes e-mail account (make sure they know it is now @deerlakes.net) and the password (which should be his/her lunch number).

Parents cannot join Google Classroom with the class code because they do not have a Deer Lakes e-mail account.
