Comprehensive Plan: 2026-2029

The Deer Lakes School District is pleased to share its Comprehensive Plan with our school community and the broader Deer Lakes community for public review and comment.

The Comprehensive Plan provides a framework for advancing the district’s mission and vision and reflects the collective work of students, families, staff, administrators, and community stakeholders. It identifies key priorities, goals, and actions designed to strengthen teaching and learning, support student growth and well-being, and ensure that every student is prepared for future success.

In accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements, the Comprehensive Plan will be available for public inspection and comment for 28 days prior to consideration by the Board of School Directors for approval.

We welcome thoughtful feedback from our students, families, staff, and community members as we continue to strengthen the educational experience at Deer Lakes. Community input is an important part of ensuring that the district's priorities reflect our shared commitment to our students and our community.

Comprehensive Plan: 2023-2026
The Deer Lakes School District Comprehensive Plan: 2023-2026 must be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The plan was developed through a collaborative process to ensure that all students are achieving at high levels. Parents, community members, staff, administrators, and Board members all play an integral role in the creation of the District plan.
