Bus stop Change Request Form
Each year the District receives hundreds of requests to move bus stops based on a variety of reasons, e.g., parent/student work schedules, marital situations, walking distances too far, ride too long and can’t see the stop from my house. These reasons, although a concern for parents, cannot be accommodated. The current bus stops were determined based on considerations of both safety, efficiency and the Pennsylvania School Code. (See more info on FAQ page). All submitted requests are reviewed. After review by the District, all requests will receive a letter or email notice regarding determination of your request.

Alternative/Transportation Form
This form is for students with alternative childcare arrangements that consist of five (5) days per week in the morning, afternoon, or for both morning and afternoon.

Shared Custody Form
This form is for families with shared custody (court ordered) with both parents living in the school district to have an additional stop.
