My name is Angela Kozlowski and I teach 5th Grade English and Language Arts at East Union Intermediate Center. I have been teaching at Deer Lakes since 2001. Prior to Deer Lakes, I taught special education at New Kensington-Arnold School District and second grade for the Diocese of Greensburg. I am a Seton Hill University and Duquesne University graduate. I am an avid Lancer fan and a third-generation West Deer resident and proud to have raised my two sons in our Deer Lakes community.
"Those who can, do. Those who can teach, change the world.
I am a teacher. I look at my classroom and I see the next generation of astronauts and inventors, healers and artists, mothers and fathers, thinkers and dreamers. My students will make discoveries, both big and small. They will shape the marketplace, influence culture, improve lives. And I will help them. I will help them know themselves, other people, and the world around them. I will help them become kind, collaborative, and selfless change-makers. I will help them, because I am their teacher. My students will change the world. " ...9/11 TomorrowTogether
