Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year!
At Curtisville Primary Center, we are excited and thankful for the opportunity to be a part of your child's educational journey! Our instructional team and staff are prepared to engage all students in a curriculum that focuses strongly on language arts, math, science, social studies, wellness and social/emotional learning.
With our 1:1 iPad initiative, each student has access to a device that is used to enhance our technology integration through tasks and personalized instruction.
All students are encouraged to explore their artistic interests through art and music. They are also engaged in a wellness curriculum where the students participate in activities to promote healthy living. We recently received recognition as One of America's Healthiest Schools! Through technology and library sciences, students use the design process to problem solve and demonstrate their understanding. Student character is enhanced through participation in Second Step and Olweus class meetings while focusing on acts of kindness as a member of Rachel's Challenge.
