ALL seniors are required to complete a Senior Survey Form listing their plans after graduation and they must return it to Mrs. Gacci in the SCHOOL COUNSELING OFFICE by no later than Thursday, May 16, 2024.   Seniors are to choose only one of the options listed on the form.    THIS IS A MANDATORY FORM!   Students will not receive their cap & gown until this form is completed & received and any debts they have are paid in full.    Seniors were given this form, along with a memo with instructions, in their English class on 4/23/24.  Click HERE for the student memo.  Click HERE for a fillable PDF Senior Survey Form.  Hard copies are also available in the School Counseling Office.    A copy was also mailed home to parents/guardians.  Click HERE for the letter sent to parents/guardians.
