When I am not teaching art, I can be found in my pottery studio, 2 Pears Pottery, in Butler, making pottery for local coffee houses and galleries.  My husband and I have a small commercial berry farm where we grow black raspberries, blueberries, red raspberries and blackberries all summer long.

Current Assignments

Painting 1-Color Thoery- Masks. Design and paint a large Masquerade Mask using secondary and tirtiary colors.

Pottery (Pds 2,4,6,8)
Complete Hot Chocolate Mug construction, apply underglaze, carve continuous designs 

Senior Seminar
"Map of the self" Create an original artwork representing the map of your personal story.
Begin rough draft and material acquisition. 

Sculpture (pd9) 
Endangered animal Relief Tiles- continue adding layers, carving low layers, texture and details to tile. 
Allow tile to slowly dry.
Food Sculptures- Paint/glaze finishes
