My name is Destinee Lovich and I am a fourth grade Language Arts teacher at East Union Intermediate Center. I started teaching Kindergarten in 2010 at Deer Lakes for a year. In 2014 I became part of the East Union family. Prior to Deer Lakes, I worked in Harrisburg as an elementary teacher for 6 years.
I truly love teaching. Waking up every morning and being able to do what I love is a blessing. I believe that every student can be successful and any gains should be celebrated.
I have a husband of seventeen years and two children. I have two children who attend Deer Lakes. Tessa is in tenth grade and Easton is in seventh grade. We also have a boxer puppy named Princess Lilly. My family and I love going to our family lake house in Erie. We also enjoy family time and making memories together.
